Overview
Healing doesn’t always happen indoors. The Healing Garden & Nature Therapy program uses the restorative power of nature to support emotional regulation, grounding, and reflection.
Through guided outdoor experiences, veterans are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience calm in a natural, supportive environment.
What to Expect
Veterans participate in structured yet gentle nature-based activities facilitated by trained guides. These experiences are not physically demanding and are designed to meet participants where they are—emotionally and physically.
Activities focus on presence, sensory awareness, and peaceful engagement with the natural environment.
