Do I have to talk or share personal experiences?
No. Participation is always at your comfort level. You choose how much you engage — listening is always enough.
Is this a clinical or medical program?
No. Courage Point Retreats offers non-clinical, wellness-focused programs grounded in nature, peer support, and education. These programs do not replace medical or mental health care.
What if I’m not sure which program is right for me?
